Be the voice of Rushabh Sealink and ensure seamless customer experience by coordinating bookings, providing timely updates, and maintaining strong client relationships in the fast-paced logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for container bookings

  • Place bookings with shipping lines, follow up, validate, and confirm all shipment bookings
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service
  • Manage daily communication via emails and phone calls with customers & shipping lines
  • Fetch and provide accurate vessel schedules to customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system
  • Direct customer queries or concerns to the appropriate department and provide prompt responses
  • Use daily customer service reports to confirm all release requirements before container pickup

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills — both verbal & written

Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & ability to handle operational systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Compensation: Max. ₹30,000 In-hand, to be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
