Job Description – Customer Service Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, provide real-time shipment support, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Provide shipment updates, track cargo, and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow up with agents and vendors for timely updates

Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication

Assist in preparing basic documentation if required

Escalate issues to management when necessary

Requirements

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Basic knowledge of Email, WhatsApp, Excel, and typing

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Knowledge of logistics, courier, or freight forwarding is a plus

Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
