Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, rates, and documentation
• Provide timely shipment status updates and resolve customer issues
• Coordinate with operations, carriers, and agents to meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
• Support sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation
• Ensure service delivery in line with company standards and SLAs

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics customer service
• Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/logistics systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
