We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support and build strong customer relationships.
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and potentially in-person.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate, timely, and helpful information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
