Job Description:

We are an established e-commerce company with 12+ years of experience, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Process order tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements
  • Resolve customer complaints politely and within TAT
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
  • Update customer details and interaction records in CRM
  • Follow up on pending customer issues until closure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil mandatory)
  • Experience in e-commerce / online retail customer support
  • Familiar with order management systems, CRM tools
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate
  • Prior experience in D2C brands / online marketplaces

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
