Customer Service Executive - Emiratization


This position is primarily responsible for handling corporate and personal accounts as well as addressing customer queries and complaints, while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.



About the Role



Key accountabilities include account opening, assisting the Manager, and customer. This position directly reports to Manager Customer.

The Customer Service Executive role is for Emirati Candidates



Responsibilities



  • Handling corporate and personal accounts
  • Addressing customer queries and complaints
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service quality
  • Account opening - Responsible for branch account opening functions such as obtaining documents, ensuring completeness of forms as per bank’s policy, issuance of ATM / Master cards, web IDs, cheque books, e-banking services, and follow-up on letters such as liability, NOC, and the like at the request of customers. Other responsibilities include obtaining legal opinions and checking the Central Bank for blacklisted customers.
  • Receive all consumer product applications from customers for processing and forward to concerned departments as per bank’s product guidelines. Advise both existing and walk-in customers of the bank’s various products and services. Provide leads to RMs through cross selling. Achieve retail product targets assigned by Manager Customer and Retail Services. Maintain and enhance relationships with both new and existing customers with a view to maximize profitability on the product mix.
