We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused
Company Secretary Officer
to join our Corporate Team in Dubai. This team plays a pivotal role in supporting our UAE client base by managing corporate secretarial, compliance, and governance obligations.
The successful candidate will assist project management and business development teams on client engagements. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in UAE corporate secretarial matters, who thrives in a high-performance, multinational environment and is committed to delivering excellence in client service.
Key Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial Management:
Oversee and manage all corporate secretarial engagements for UAE-based clients, ensuring accurate and timely filing of statutory documents, maintenance of company records, and compliance with local regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure clients meet their statutory obligations under UAE laws, including company registration, licensing requirements, corporate governance, and other compliance obligations in line with local authorities (e.g., MOE, DED, DMCC, DIFC).

Local Research & Advisory:
Conduct research on UAE corporate governance and secretarial requirements. Liaise with relevant government authorities and stay informed of legislative or regulatory changes impacting clients.

Team Coordination & Oversight:
Support and assist project management and business development team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery in line with internal standards and client expectations.

Client Interaction:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on corporate secretarial matters, attending meetings, providing timely updates, and delivering professional advisory services.
Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in corporate secretarial work, with experience in UAE company secretary and compliance.

Proven career stability, preferably with 2–4 years of continuous service at a single employer

Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance and regulatory requirements, including company registration, licensing, and statutory filings.

Familiarity with working with UAE free zones (e.g. DMCC, DIFC, ADGM) and mainland regulatory frameworks

Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal

Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Exposure to corporate secretarial services and UAE compliance

Multilingual skills (e.g. Chinese, German, Arabic) are a strong advantage

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
