Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a shipping and logistics company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, documentation, and shipment handling
• Experience in coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and agents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and shipment updates
• Coordinating bookings and documentation
• Tracking shipments and resolving client issues
• Maintaining strong client relationships
