Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to support sales activities and deliver excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-presented

Requirements

• Saudi national
• Male candidate
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office, CRM is a plus)
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage
