Customer Service Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role located in Karachi Division. The primary responsibilities for this role include handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and work to uphold high standards of customer service. Responsiveness and professionalism in interactions with clients are key aspects of this role.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and solve customer issues effectively.
• Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to ensure a seamless client experience and improve processes as required.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients and internal teams in a professional, positive, and collaborative manner.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English is required.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field will be considered an asset.
