Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Automobile
Work location: Dubai (Near Onpassive Metro Station)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Telesales Executive in automobile industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Preferably with valid UAE Driving License
- Preferably Arabic Speaker
- Can join immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential clients to inform them about available vehicles and services.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the client and resolve any complaints or issues independently.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Have a thorough awareness of the automotive inventory and marketing.
- Enter and update customer information into the database.
- Ask inquiries to gain an understanding of customer needs and close transactions.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team as needed.
- Organize and attend events to meet new and existing clients
- Collect and record client information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to services.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
