Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system and application issues.
Follow standard operating procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and proactively work to maintain or improve them.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, progress, and resolution.
Willing to work at the customer location in accordance with their working policy.
