- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Club’s reception area and ensuring that we provide club members and guests with a friendly professional service that should reflect the overall standards and image of the Club.
- Welcoming club members, guests, and prospective members in a professional and courteous manner and providing thorough explanation and orientation of the club’s facilities, services, and general procedures.
- Accountable for handling phone inquiries.
- Managing minor complaints and concerns.
- Assisting the Membership Consultants and Personal Trainers and members in completing the sales and other transactions.
- Guiding new FOH Staff in basic knowledge, information, duties, and responsibilities at the reception area.
- Ensuring an accurate report and proper handover of cash float and cash sales when allocated as a cashier.
