Customer Service Executive (Female Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary

The Customer Service executive handles all incoming customer inquiries from online platforms and phone calls, provides assistance and information to customers, and coordinates with the sales team when required. The role ensures proper follow-up and accurate recording of all interactions in the CRM system.

Job Description

  • Receive and manage customer leads from automotive online platforms, social media channels, company website, and inbound phone calls.
  • Communicate with customers to evaluate their requirements and identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments when necessary to facilitate efficient lead management.
  • Record and track all leads in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers and sales team to ensure closure

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Fluent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or sales in the UAE market
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and efficient multitasker with the ability to manage multiple leads daily
