Customer Service Executive - Outbound Calling

Expotrade Global is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced events team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that delivers high-quality industry events and conferences across Dubai, Australia and beyond.

You’ll be responsible for contacting professionals across a wide range of industries and offering complimentary delegate tickets to attend our exclusive conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential delegates via outbound calls
  • Promote upcoming events and offer complimentary delegate passes
  • Qualify contacts based on event relevance and professional profile
  • Accurately maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Represent Expotrade Global professionally and enthusiastically at onsite events

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Energetic, confident, and target-driven
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or events (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 and performance bonuses
