Telesales Executive

Inforow Technologies is a growing IT and digital services company offering Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and CRM solutions. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller (female preferred) to join our team and help generate leads, set appointments, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
• Explain Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, and CRM solutions clearly to prospects.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly call/lead generation targets.
• Handle inbound inquiries politely and professionally.

Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service (IT or Digital Marketing background preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and dealing with objections.
• Ability to explain services in a simple, professional way.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
