Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service - Outreach professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects through outbound calls, providing exceptional support, and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be multilingual (preferably bilingual), and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote services and gather feedback
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate data entry and update client records using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, including processing payments or refunds
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for outreach improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and improve overall client engagement strategies
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including typing correspondence, logging interactions, and following up on client requests

Qualifications * Proven experience in call center, customer support, or client services roles is preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer literacy required
  • Demonstrated sales ability and outbound calling experience preferred
  • Good phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professional demeanor essential
  • Ability to analyze customer interactions and provide insights for outreach strategies
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
