Job Purpose
First point of Contact for the customer at Sales Office.
- To assist the Business in Customer Service-related Tasks.
- Follow up on the pending Business Cases/ complaints with respective departments
- To input data in the system within minimum time and without any error for disbursal
- Job Content (List Deliverables, Performance Measures and Main Tasks)
- Timely response to the requests placed by business
- Provide a correspondence service and presentation support to ensure timely and efficient communication and action.
- Reduced TAT/ appropriate response
- Leads received for call center, referrals- follow up cases till closure.

1. Possess knowledge of computer skills and understanding of process
2. Able to interpret the problems and direct it to concern for appropriate action
