Customer Service Executive- UAEN Only

Job Purpose

First point of Contact for the customer at Sales Office.

  • To assist the Business in Customer Service-related Tasks.
  • Follow up on the pending Business Cases/ complaints with respective departments
  • To input data in the system within minimum time and without any error for disbursal
  • Job Content (List Deliverables, Performance Measures and Main Tasks)
  • Timely response to the requests placed by business
  • Provide a correspondence service and presentation support to ensure timely and efficient communication and action.
  • Reduced TAT/ appropriate response
  • Leads received for call center, referrals- follow up cases till closure.
  • Daily Sales Report

Job Knowledge & Skills

1. Possess knowledge of computer skills and understanding of process

2. Able to interpret the problems and direct it to concern for appropriate action

3. Managerial & Leadership Time management

4. Interpret the instructions given by Business and put them in action
