AWATAC Group is excited to announce 2 openings for the position of Customer Support Executive – USA to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for logistics and shipping, who are eager to build a career in customer support with a global organization.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in managing US operations and providing high-quality customer service to our clients based in the United States. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support to clients in the USA through various communication channels.
• Manage inquiries related to logistics and shipping operations.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates with a BBA or MBA in Logistics and Shipping (or a similar field).
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of logistics and shipping principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Central Time).
• Open to relocating to Hyderabad for the role.
