Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in air, land and sea shipping and hands-on experience with JCtrans platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and coordination throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end support for air, land and sea freight shipments.

· Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

· Maintain strong communication with overseas agents, especially through JCtrans platform.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, shipment status, and required documentation.

· Monitor and track shipments, proactively update customers on delays or issues.

· Manage complaints or service issues and resolve them efficiently.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

· Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

· Support the sales and operations team in achieving KPIs and service quality standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

· Strong knowledge of air, land and sea shipping procedures and documentation.

· Hands-on experience with JCtrans platform and communication protocols.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

· Proficient in MS Office and logistics CRM tools.

· Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
