Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service & Installation Manager to lead our customer service and installation operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless post-sales support, smooth installation processes, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer service and installation teams
• Plan, schedule, and oversee product installations at client sites
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Monitor installation quality and adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
• Develop SOPs to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor service staff and field technicians to build capabilities

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 10–15 years in customer service, installation, or project execution roles in building materials or related industries
• Salary Range : 40,000 to 50,000
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge: Installation processes, service operations, and customer handling
• Ability: To lead field teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
