Job Description: Customer Support & IT Officer

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support & IT Officer to support daily operations by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing basic IT-related support to the team. This role is primarily customer service–oriented but requires general familiarity with IT tools, software, and simple troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through basic processes or product usage.
  • Provide or be willing to learn basic IT support for staff, such as troubleshooting simple software or hardware issues.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers when advanced technical support is required.
  • Ensure systems, tools, and platforms used by the team run smoothly.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service and IT operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of computers, common software (MS Office/Google Workspace), and simple troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
