Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a primary brand ambassador by managing multi-channel communications across phone, email, live chat, and various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter). This role requires a balance of analytical problem-solving and emotional intelligence to resolve sensitive customer issues, negotiate solutions, and escalate high-priority risks to management when necessary. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting interactions in a tracking system, collaborating with internal stakeholders to close service gaps, and upholding the brand's reputation through objective, prompt, and professional responses. To succeed in this fast-paced environment, candidates must demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, strong social media moderation skills, and the technical proficiency to manage a high volume of inbound content from a quiet, high-speed remote workspace.
