Process applications and lease paperwork</li><li>
Build relationships with current and future residents</li><li>
Help meet leasing and occupancy goals</li><li>
Support resident events and community engagement</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)</li><li>
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator</li><li>
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Positive attitude and team player mindset</li><li>
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred</li></ul>
