We are currently recruiting a new Backoffice in Egypt.
Details
Currently we are looking for a Backoffice to join our subsidiary in Egypt, Cairo. We are looking for someone willing to start a new project and with experience in export, logistics and purchases. The main functions will be:

Processing customer purchase orders: registration, booking and follow-up.

Verification and confirmation of documents.

Co-ordinate with sales staff and customers to ensure correct dispatch of goods (picking of order...).

Process shipping orders and record export orders.

Follow-up on customer orders to ensure prompt deliveries (follow-up with local carriers).

Management of incidents (follow-up with insurance) of deliveries.
Who are we looking for?

An understanding of international business.
-
At least 2 years of experience working in a Back-office position (purchases, logistics, customer service…). In distribution companies will be a plus.

Good communication skills in English (written and oral).
-
Organized, enthusiast and proactive.
