Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Provides the highest standards of customer service to both internal and external customers through efficient communication

Ensures all phone calls and e-mails are handled in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Dispatch trucks

Manage and update company databases

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Coordinate customer's shipments from pickup - delivery and processes in between.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree/ B.A. preferred

High School Graduate

Knowledge of logistics is preferred

Experience with computer skills, Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel

Excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and natural inquisitiveness.

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills

* Bilingual : Spanish- English Required

MONDAY-FRIDAY 08:00AM-4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
