Job Description: Customer Service Executive-Logistics / Freight forwarding

Role Overview
The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and efficient resolution of queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Coordination & Support
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation, transport, warehousing) to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Logistics & Shipment Handling
Track shipments (Air, Sea, and Road) and proactively share updates with customers.
Liaise with transporters, carriers, and agents for shipment movement.
Support in booking, delivery coordination, and follow-up with relevant teams.
Documentation & Records
Assist in preparing and reviewing shipment-related documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB copies, PODs, Delivery challans).
Maintain accurate customer communication logs and shipment data.
Ensure timely receipt and submission of documents to customers and internal teams.
Issue Resolution
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
