Job Description:

Options Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams within the consolidation or debt relief industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the customer service team to achieve performance goals.

- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.

- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

- Provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager.

- English level B2+/C1 – strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in Consolidation or Debt Relief is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:

- Night Shifts: 4 PM – 1 AM & 6 PM to 3 AM

- Days Off: Thursday & Friday

- Start Date: ASAP

- Transportation is provided for females after shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£28,000.00 per month
