Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
