Job Overview

A renowned property development firm in Karachi is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage client communications, handle property inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in client servicing or customer relations within the real estate or property development sector, demonstrating strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Arrange property viewings, meetings, and timely follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Share accurate information regarding payment schedules, project progress, and documentation.

Post-Sales Coordination

  • Assist clients through booking, documentation, and property handover processes.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal departments to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain detailed client records, feedback, and correspondence for service improvement.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and manage client files, agreements, and periodic reports.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with communication materials and client coordination.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.

Key Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in customer relations, client servicing, or sales coordination—preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong client-handling, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, confident, and adept at multitasking.
  • Presentable, courteous, and professional in demeanor.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
