Specialized Roles (Multiple Openings)

1. Medical Records Retrieval Clerk

• Draft & send HIPAA requests
• Follow up with U.S. providers (phone/email)
• Ensure compliance with CA state timelines (15 days)
• Organize & upload medical records in CMS

2. Lien Negotiations Specialist

• Identify & track medical liens (Medicare, Medi-Cal, private subrogation)
• Negotiate directly with lienholders
• Secure reductions & calculate final lien payoffs

3. Case Manager

• Manage workflow of U.S. Personal Injury cases
• Review & index medical records & evidence
• Draft factual/medical summaries for demand packages
• Coordinate between Records & Lien teams

4. Intake Specialist

• Handle inbound calls during U.S. hours
• Conduct structured, empathetic client interviews
• Gather facts (incident, injury, insurance) & secure HIPAA authorizations
• Log data into CRM with accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in BPO/KPO (US legal/insurance/healthcare preferred)
• Excellent English (spoken & written) – must be professional with U.S. clients
• Strong MS Excel/Word skills (CMS/CRM familiarity is a plus)
• Willing to commit to onsite US Shift (Mon–Fri)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary (CTC): ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 based on experience & role
