Habitt is looking for a Customer Service Manager. He will be responsible for managing the customer service team, ensuring timely complaint resolution, enhancing customer experience, implementing and managing customer service systems, and providing regular performance reports to management.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise call center/customer service agents.
- Ensure prompt handling and resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize customer service software and systems.
- Track service KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with stores and departments to resolve customer issues.
- Develop processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Train and coach customer service staff.
