Service Coordinator - Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for appointments, adjusting for urgency in battery/power systems or client sites.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve delays, handle complaints, and ensure timely delivery while tracking inventory and service records.
- Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs like response times, and contribute to service policies for compliance in tenders/procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in business, engineering, or related field; 3-5 years in service coordination or customer support, ideally in energy/tech sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and knowledge of regulatory standards like those for medical devices or power equipment.
- Experience in care/management preferred for supervisory roles.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities for client liaison and team motivation.
- Problem-solving, record-keeping, and familiarity with IT infrastructure or logistics.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-department coordination.
