Service Coordinator - Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for appointments, adjusting for urgency in battery/power systems or client sites.​
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve delays, handle complaints, and ensure timely delivery while tracking inventory and service records.​
  • Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs like response times, and contribute to service policies for compliance in tenders/procurement.​

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in business, engineering, or related field; 3-5 years in service coordination or customer support, ideally in energy/tech sectors.​
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and knowledge of regulatory standards like those for medical devices or power equipment.​
  • Experience in care/management preferred for supervisory roles.​

Essential Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities for client liaison and team motivation.​​
  • Problem-solving, record-keeping, and familiarity with IT infrastructure or logistics.​
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-department coordination.
