Customer Service / Marketing Rep

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service and Marketing Representative to support our customer relations and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a personable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience
• Support marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and promotional events
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet company goals
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital content

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media and marketing tools a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
