Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, manage client communications, and assist the team with clerical tasks. This is a full-time onsite position based at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support such as mailing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Take regular follow-ups from clients and ensure timely communication and response to their queries.
- Prepare, manage, and file official documents and reports using MS Word.
- Assist in the planning and execution of office activities, meetings, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, client interactions, and other important documentation.
- Support team members in day-to-day tasks, including managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is stocked with necessary materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Word and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
