Job description:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.

Manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, warehouse) for timely order fulfillment.

Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and order status.

Respond to customer queries via email or phone professionally and promptly.

Generate reports including sales forecasts and performance metrics for management.

Support marketing events like exhibitions and product launches.

Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Tools:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Understanding of basic customer service principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
