Customer Care Officer responsiblities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (Walk in, phone, email) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

· Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.

· Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to company policies.

· Record and document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, using the company’s CRM or other support tools.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving issues and to check on ongoing concerns.

· Identify recurring problems or service gaps and escalate to the appropriate department for resolution.

· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even when handling difficult or upset customers.

· Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.
