Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves communicating with customers, resolving issues, maintaining records, and supporting daily customer service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with customers
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure issues are resolved effectively
  • Record and update customer information and interactions in company systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance customer experience
  • Support customer service operations and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
