Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves communicating with customers, resolving issues, maintaining records, and supporting daily customer service operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain professional and timely communication with customers
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Record and update customer information and interactions in company systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance customer experience
- Support customer service operations and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
