Position Title: Logistics Customer Service Officer/ Executive (Exports)
Function: Replenishment
Key Stakeholders
Internal: : Export Manager, National Demand Planning & Export Manager, Head of Replenishment, Planning Team, Transportation Team, International Sales Team etc.
External: C&F, transporters, CHA, Excise Department
Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Management (preferably)
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in Export Logistics Management

Key Responsibilities
Export Management-
-
Responsible for Servicing from Export depot to different international markets
-
Ensuring timely container stuffing with highest utilization from export warehoue
-
Monitoring direct stuffing from various factories
-
Ensuring proper documentation for export shipment, excise coordination
-
CHA Management, negotiation and bringing efficiencies
-
Cost control and drive efficiencies in this area
-
Local laisioning with Govt. authorities
-
Tracking of demurrages and ensuring control on that
-
Coordination with CHA, Liners and evaluate cost and service level improvements

Service level monitoring for Export Warehouses
Warehouse Management & Customer Service-
-
Monitoring & managing daily warehouse operations. C & F Management. Daily MIS.

Monitoring of overheads at warehouses & detentions. Ensure lowest possible overheads & NIL detentions.

Ensure highest possible warehouse utilization, innovation through warehouse layout change (if necessary) to improve efficiencies. Access existing warehouse capacity and align with existing throughput. Propose for corrections if any.

Monitoring Depot Operational efficiencies to manage high throughput, fastest truck turn around time, labor efficiencies etc.

Ensure & set up right practices across warehouse functions e.g. Unloading, Put away, Storage, Picking, Loading etc. Set up systems for right documentations.

Managing Demand Fulfillment for export customers

Monitor obsolescence at Depots and trigger stakeholders to take necessary actions to avoid finished goods write off.

Execute Depot SOPs and put in controls to ensure compliance. Ensure timely warehouse audits, pest controls etc. Ensure highest of hygiene & safety standards across warehouses

Driving & monitoring best practices

Develop the C & F team under him for high level of performance.
