Customer Emirati Service Officer – Government Services (Tasheel)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Emirati Customer Service Officer to work at the Tasheel front desk in Dubai. This role involves assisting customers directly, processing government and labor-related applications, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Tasheel counter.
- Process Emirates ID, visa, and other government-related applications accurately.
- Verify documents and ensure completeness according to MOHRE and company procedures.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers in Arabic and English.
- Maintain records and reports related to daily counter operations.
- Uphold a polite, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be Emirati (UAE National) with Family Book
- 1–3 years’ experience in government service centers or customer-facing roles preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and punctuality
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
