Majid Al Futtaim Properties operates major malls like Mall of Oman (Muscat) and focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience and customer service inside large retail destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Information Desk Support
Work at the customer service counter / information booth
Provide:
Directions inside the mall
Store locations and promotions
General mall information
2. Customer Assistance
Help shoppers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
Assist lost children or visitors
Handle visitor feedback professionally
3. Complaint Handling
Receive and log customer complaints
Coordinate with security, maintenance, or operations teams
Ensure issues are resolved quickly
4. Mall Experience & Events Support
Assist with mall events and promotions
Support “meet & greet” or visitor groups
Help during peak seasons and campaigns
5. Professional Presentation
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
Represent the mall’s premium customer service standards
6. Coordination Work
Communicate with:
Security teams
Maintenance teams
Retail tenants
Ensure smooth mall operations
Skills Required:
Good communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
Ability to handle complaints calmly
Basic computer/data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RO3,700.000 per month
