Job Description (JD):

✅ Customer Service & Order Taking Representative for a perfume company.
✅ Handle customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and manage orders.
✅ Ensure excellent customer experience and timely order processing.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

✅ Receive and process orders via phone, email, or online platforms.
✅ Provide accurate product information, including fragrances and promotions.
✅ Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
✅ Maintain records of orders, feedback, and customer interactions.
✅ Coordinate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
