Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service - Outreach professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual in English and other languages, and have experience in call center environments. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and gather feedback
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including explaining service features and benefits
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with proper cash handling procedures
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for outreach improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to develop outreach strategies and improve service delivery

Experience

  • Previous call center or outbound calling experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience in data entry, client services, or related roles is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and analysis skills to identify customer needs and opportunities for engagement
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette, customer support protocols, and client relationship management systems is desirable

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
