Customer Service & Product Sourcer

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Product Sourcer who can efficiently handle customer communication while also sourcing products from local and online markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers
• Source products based on business requirements from local markets and online platforms
• Identify and coordinate with reliable suppliers and vendors
• Compare pricing, quality, and availability to ensure cost-effective sourcing
• Negotiate with vendors regarding pricing and delivery terms
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, and product details
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and sourcing updates
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns when required

Requirements

• FA / BA qualification preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sourcing, or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Urdu communication is mandatory; basic English communication is a plus
• Good understanding of market research and product sourcing
• Basic computer skills including Excel, WhatsApp, and internet browsing
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per hour
