Job Description – Seasonal Full-Time
Motorcycle Safety School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for our busy season on a full-time seasonable schedule from March –November 2026.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, positive environment. The position primarily involves answering phones and providing accurate information to prospective and registered students. Training will be provided for approximately two weeks prior to independently assisting customers.
This is a contract position and may lead to additional projects based on performance and business needs.

Motorcycle Safety School has been in business for over 25+ years and operates 7 training locations throughout New York State. We are the largest motorcycle school in New York and train over 7,000 students a year! Our company's mission is to provide a positive learning experience in a safe environment for all of those involved. It is important that we offer a positive environment for our clients and employees -- and we are looking for an open-minded and fun person to share our mission while the company grows! We value professionalism, teamwork, and a friendly atmosphere for both our clients and employees.
Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
