Job Description – Seasonal Full-Time

Motorcycle Safety School is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for our busy season on a full-time seasonable schedule from March –November 2026.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, positive environment. The position primarily involves answering phones and providing accurate information to prospective and registered students. Training will be provided for approximately two weeks prior to independently assisting customers.

This is a contract position and may lead to additional projects based on performance and business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to student inquiries
• Process registrations and payments accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain student records

We are the largest motorcycle school in New York and train over 7,000 students a year! Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Flexible availability (some Saturdays required)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Bilingual Spanish & English speaker preferred

Pay: $25.00 per hour
