Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Assist clients with account management, data entry, and updating customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions that reflect our commitment to customer support
  • Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries efficiently and accurately
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing valuable insights to enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced call center environment to meet performance goals and deliver seamless support experiences
  • This is a 1099 contractor position must have own equipment.

Experience

  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and through written correspondence
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales initiatives is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices, including call etiquette, active listening, and problem resolution techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
