Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to make customers feel confidant in our care of their vehicle repair.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to deliver clear, courteous, and professional advice on their vehicle repairs.
  • Assist clients with sales opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Handle outbound calling to customers to finalize and answer any questions on their repairs.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and continuous improvement

Experience

  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
  • Dealertrack DMS experience is helpful, or willing to learn.
  • Experience with data entry, cash handling, or typing at a fast pace is beneficial
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies will help you excel in this role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and digital channels with professionalism and clarity
  • Prior experience in automotive customer service, we are looking for someone confident in understanding what it takes to repair vehicles and customers can feel confident in our recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
