The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing, executing, and tracking key operations that are essential for day-to-day business. This role combines sales, service, and operations to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Answer all calls, texts, and emails across company phones and accounts from both builder clients and homeowner leads.
- Coordinate operations to optimize scheduling, dispatch, and field performance.
- Ensure that service calls are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Keep SOP/Warranty documents up to date with industry trends and the needs of the business.
- Log all service requests, timing information, and special instructions for service calls.
- Oversee the implementation and recording of daily job photo archives.
- Keep the company website updated.
- Leverage AI with the General Manager to help the company grow and achieve its desired outcomes.
Sales
- Keep pricing and sales pitches up to date with the latest information and best verbiage.
- Creatively market items that are designated sale items.
- Monitor sales trends and report to management.
- Obtain past-due payments from customers
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for construction managers and homeowners
- Escalate any customer service issues to the General Manager.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
