• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs
• Assist customers with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage client services and relationships by maintaining detailed records of interactions through accurate data entry and documentation in our systems
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong asset
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous, especially with client services
• Prior experience working in the pet services industry highly valued, as is prior experience as a positive reinforcement pet trainer
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
• Experience with understanding of customer needs to match customer needs with the right team members
