Customer Service Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, donors, community partners, and supporters, providing exceptional service while helping advance meaningful nonprofit and charitable initiatives. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer, donor, and community inquiries via phone, email, or chat while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide comprehensive customer and supporter assistance by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Assist clients, donors, and nonprofit supporters with program information, fundraising initiatives, community outreach efforts, and account management
  • Support charitable campaigns and nonprofit outreach initiatives through relationship-building and exceptional service
  • Conduct accurate data entry into company systems while maintaining detailed records of client, donor, and supporter interactions
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, donor engagement, fundraising support, community awareness efforts, or promotional initiatives
  • Help coordinate community engagement activities, nonprofit events, and charitable outreach opportunities when needed
  • Process transactions, donations, registrations, or account updates while ensuring proper documentation and compliance procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a seamless and mission-focused customer experience
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to positive community impact

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse communities and supporter bases
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients, donors, and community members professionally
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer support, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, community engagement, or call center environments preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for efficient documentation and reporting
  • Experience with outbound calling, customer engagement, nonprofit campaigns, or fundraising support is preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, donations, or transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Fast typing and data entry skills with strong accuracy and professionalism
  • Passion for helping people, supporting communities, and contributing to meaningful charitable initiatives

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
